BERKELEY HILLS REMODEL

The homeowners of this traditional Berkeley Hills home were looking to convert a lower level into an in-law unit for guests, that could second as a family room. Neutral colors and furnishings give the space (which is partially below grade) an open, airy feel and beautifully unifies the old and the new.
